[Warranty]

1. The warranty period is 3 years (paid) from the date of purchase. If there is a problem in the structure or defect of the product for up to one month, it will be processed free of charge. However, for reasons caused by customer negligence, repairs will be made for a fee.

2. Repairs may take 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt. (Period varies by product)

3.A/S service is available if you bring the guarantee card (quality guarantee) you received at the time of purchase. If you are a member of mzuu, please provide your ID and we will check your purchase history.

4.A/S is a complementary service and may be slightly different from the condition of the product at the time of purchase. It may be replaced depending on the supply and demand of parts.

5. Repaired products are valid for up to one year from the date of notice of repair completion, and we are not responsible for storage problems that occur after that.

[How to receive repairs]

1. For repairs, please pay the freight fee (prepaid) before sending. Please send by courier or registered mail! Regular mail can be lost.

2. Please note the repair details. (Customer name, contact information, delivery address, repair request details)

3. Please enclose the 'Guarantee Card (Quality Guarantee)' with the product. It will be returned to you when the repair is complete. If you are a member of mzuu, please provide your ID and we will check your purchase history.

4. We will contact you regarding the repair cost when the repair requested product arrives. The repair cost is prepaid, and it may take 1-3 weeks from the date of deposit.
